• Customers must provide the qualified lease to our Customer Service team in advance to confirm the discount.
• The lease on which the discount will be applicable to, and the lease for renting the local competitor must be under the same person’s name, and a copy of identification must be provided for verification.
• The Lowest Price Guarantee is only applicable to contracts rented with the same area, rental period, size, and type, stated in the presented contract.
• If a refund is requested within the one week trial period, any incentives given at the time of signing the contract must be returned.
• Any Storefriendly cash vouchers used in the contract cannot be refunded or exchanged.
