- Handle day-to-day operation
- Provide quality service and follow-up with customers
- Form 6 or above
- 2 years or above customer care experience
- Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet
- Good at Cantonese speaking and Chinese writing. Basic English and Putonghua is needed.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills; Responsible and able to work as part of a team as well as independently.
- Monday to Sunday: 10am to 7pm (on shift)
- Work location: Kwun Tong
