Job Requirement

• Form 6 or above 
• 2 years or above customer care experience
• Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet
• Good at Cantonese speaking and Chinese writing. Basic English and Putonghua is needed.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; Responsible and able to work as part of a team as well as independently.
• Monday to Sunday: 10am to 7pm (on shift)
• Work location: Kwun Tong
